SYSTEMS ENGINEER
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to help lead trading system design, planning, and implementation
This role will serve as a technical expert with direct influence over the design and implementation of our trading systems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a strong sense of ownership and be driven to provide technical solutions to business problems.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to structure a hardware strategy including standards, life-cycle periods, vendors, and capacity
- Serving as technical operating system expert for Linux and Windows; directing migration to new OS standards, maintaining images and OS patches
- Establishing guidelines and methods for the installation and management of host operating systems
- Evaluating new hardware and software technologies; talking to hardware vendors, stay informed and up-to-date on next generation trading hardware, and making recommendations on new hardware platforms and other network technologies
- Developing new applications and scripts to automate and improve operational reliability and efficiency
- Maintenance, administration and capacity planning of data storage solutions
- Maintaining the monitoring and alerting systems
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in System Engineering/Administration or related field
- Experience with scripting languages and source control; Python and Git preferred
- Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Chef or Salt
- Experience administering Windows Active Directory and Group Policies
- Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V / SCVMM
- Strong knowledge of storage technologies (EMC, Isilon, NetApp, XIV) and file systems (NFS, GlusterFS, ZFS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to identify and problem solve issues in a timely manner
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of the financial industry preferred

The Trading Assistant supports all aspects of trading desk operations
We are seeking a Trading Assistant who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of trading desk operations.
The right candidate will have a passion for capital markets, work well in a collaborative team setting and be a motivated self-starter. Flexibility to work Asian/European shift is also required for this role.Primary Responsibilities include:
